Class description below reflect some some of my current offerings for virtual & in-person group classes, workshops, corporate & private classes. Interested in private or corporate sessions? Please email for questions & inquiries.
Chair Yoga:
Working from home? Sitting all day? Learn how use your chair as a prop for your yoga practice! In this class, we will customize postures from many styles of yoga and adapt them to use in a chair. Each class will have a focus on moving your spine, opening your hips & shoulders, learning customized variations of postures, breath work, stabilizing your legs and core and general flexibility. This class is great for: office workers, writers, gamers, drivers, the elderly and / injured. Classes are as short as 15 minutes!
Fusion Flow Wake-up Yoga:
Join me for a morning yoga practice to wake-up your mind, body and soul. Fusion Flow holds a special place in my heart. It is my signature class and I created this format to reflect my overall teaching style and personal practice.
Inspired by Kundalini, Power Vinyasa, Yin & Hatha traditions, this practice fuses ancient wisdoms with modern influences. Experience a dynamic range of long & strong holds, breath led fluid flows and energy building of the spine & spirit. Celebrate an explosively creative journey of movement, stillness and a deep cracking open of the heart.
This practice involves a lot of movement of the spine, Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures) as well as a partially guided Savasana. Prepare to defy your thoughts of who you are and what you are capable of.
This is an open-levels class, though some yoga practice is encouraged.
PROPS
Required:
-Yoga mat & water
Recommended:
-2 blocks & 1 strap
Yin Yoga:
Yin is a cooling practice that gently stretches the more plastic-like layers of your body such as ligaments, tendons, fascia, joints and even bone! In this class, we will explore the Yin principles and benefits. Predominantly, a floor practice, we use props to support your body in different shapes, allowing your muscles to release. In doing so, these other areas of your body can receive the action of the posture. I highly recommend coupling this online class with some of your favorite essential oils!
*Who is this good for? Everyone! This is a very complimentary practice to anyone with an active lifestyle! Whether you participate heating building yoga practices, run, cycle, swim, dance, or maybe hold a fast paced and stressful job, this is for you. It is also wonderful for those who prefer to move slowly, spend time in postures and who may experience limited joint mobility. Hold times will hover around 3-5 minutes with variations. This class is open to all levels of practice.
Recommended for Class:
-Water or tea
-Yoga Mat

Yin-Yasa:
In this 60-90 minute class, we explore the intricate relationship between equal & opposite practices- moving, changing, heat building, pushing, pulling, striving YANG. Stillness, observance, cooling, releasing, accepting YIN. Your mind may be more challenged than you think. Your body will be more balanced than you can imagine. Relax. Release. Restore. This class is the definition of having #yogabrain. This is an open levels class.
